Kevin Dible

Senior Director

Kevin began his career in the industry in 1983, offering bespoke upholstery and trimming services. He went on to found CoTrim in Salisbury in 1994, manufacturing bespoke van conversions for businesses and private customers alike. His highest priority has always been to listen to our customers’ needs AND provide safe van conversions manufactured to the highest standards. Flexivan, part of CoTrim, specialises in custom-made and pre-built VW van conversions.

He continues to manage and oversee the business and loves making our customers happy through the transformation of their vehicles.

Kevin is also proud Dad to Gregg, Nathan, Layne, Tom and Marina.

Nathan Dible

Sales Director

Nathan has over 20-years experience in the automotive conversion industry, from working on our workshop floor through to management and directing the company. As an experienced technician with a passion for carpentry, he also has an understanding of every facet of the conversion process from the shop floor to accounts.

You’ll get the benefit of his honesty, knowledge and experience when talking through conversion options and exploring layouts. Nathan ensures that our customers get a conversion with products that are of the best quality, that meet the highest standards of safety and that make their vehicle dreams a reality.

Gregg Dible

Operations Director

Gregg is a problem-solving whirlwind and has been working his magic with us since 1994. Originally trained as a vehicle interior Trimmer, he was approved by Reimo to install their iconic Rock and Roll beds and pop-top roofs. Now he takes our apprentices under his wing and looks after our happy workshop team.

His flair for innovation keeps our workshop processes super slick and he brings ideas into reality. He quality checks every one of our conversions and also makes a cracking cup of tea. Gregg is head over heels for VW Transporters and nothing beats the satisfaction he gets from transforming a basic van into a customer’s dream machine.

Layne Dible

Purchasing Manager

Layne manages the purchasing of parts for all of our conversions. His research skills keep us ahead of the curve for bespoke jobs and every time a new vehicle model is released. He works closely with our workshop team to make sure they have all of the information and designs they need to work on each project with precision.

We can rely on Layne to ensure every part needed is ready on time so the workshop continues to flow smoothly. He loves finding the perfect styling parts and creating the coolest leather stitching designs that make all the difference to the finished look.

Tom Dible

Finance Manager

Tom joined us in 2012 as a workshop Technician and has never looked back. Now he manages the day-to-day running of our company finances. It could be Tom answering the phone when you call and he’s always happy to help.

As a family business, Tom has grown up with CoTrim and loves to see the way we keep evolving. The most satisfying part of his job is receiving fantastic feedback from our happy customers.

Marina Dible

Executive Assistant

Marina will likely be the first person you speak to when you contact us; she’ll help understand what you’re looking for so we can get you an accurate quote.

She provides excellent support across accounts, marketing and sales, along with keeping everyone well fuelled at lunch break. Marina loves working as part of our team to keep our business thriving. As a keen photographer, she’s also responsible for many of the images on this site and helps to keep it updated with our latest conversions.

Tim Sandle

Associate Technician

Tim handles our Individual Vehicle Approval testing and has great knowledge in this specialist area. He’s a super seat trimmer and also takes care of checking vans in and out, valeting and waste control.

He loves being part of our unique team where all of the Directors have workshop skills and every day is different. Tim dazzles us with his masterful fork lift truck skills and ability to vanish when it’s his turn to make the tea!

Dan Pape

Technician

Dan is one of our workshop team and a brilliant technician. He has been interested in customising vans and cars for as long as he can remember.

One of the best parts of his job is the pride and satisfaction of transforming each van from start to finish by hand.

As a keen mountain biker he has a lot in common with many of our customers who buy their vans to be able to ride further afield. Dan is also the tallest person in the business – which often comes in handy for fitting roof bars.

Ian Askew-Miller

Electrical Technician

Ian designs and builds electrical systems for all of our vehicles.

With an incredible 45 years of experience; there’s nothing he hasn’t done or doesn’t know when it comes to vehicle electrics. A key member of our workshop team, we rely on Ian’s expertise when planning and designing any new conversion.

He loves the satisfaction of creating something from scratch and the more complicated the problem, the better. Ian is also known for drinking more tea than the average human.
